Johnson VAMC - Charleston Louisville VAMC Central Texas VHCS - Temple REMEDY TICKET OVERVIEW: ===================== 1) HD0000000385584 8 Event Capture Patient Data Summary not honoring select Date/Time range Problem: -------- CPRS calls Event Capture Patient Data Summary report and passes Date/Time as the parameters. The problem is that Event Capture does not know how to handle the Time and will eventually fail. The report will only show today's Patient Data Summary instead of the range the user asked for. Solution: --------- The routine ECRRPT has been modified to strip the Time off of the incoming date ranges as the report is designed to be called without a time. 2) HD0000000329157 Event Capture Problem Problem: -------- A bug has been detected in the Event Capture GUI code for the Entry by Procedure form. The bug occurs when the user has selected a patient with a certain Date/Time of Procedure. If the patient was an outpatient at the time, but then the user switches to a Date/Time when the patient was considered an inpatient, the GUI does not change the patient's status. This is causing issues with the filing of the patient's IN/OUTPATIENT field. Solution: --------- The Event Capture GUI has been modified so that whenever the DATE/TIME is changed or whenever the patient is selected, update the Patient's status and classification questions. This will only affect the Data Entry by Procedure form. INSTALLATION ============ VistA Server Side: ------------------ Use the following instructions in installing this server-side EC*2.0*108 patch.
