     Problem:
     --------
     The Microsoft Bing Maps API Key used by the Dashboard application has 
     expired.
  
     Resolution:
     -----------
     The Dashboard application has been updated to use a VA Enterprise, Bing
     Maps API key, with no expiration date.
  
 SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION:
 ====================== 
  Sites may retrieve the new XML directly via FTP. The preferred method is to 
  FTP the files from:
   
         download.vista.med.va.gov
   
  This transmits the files from the first available FTP server.  
   
  Sites may also elect to retrieve the file directly from the
  ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory from a specific server as follows:
   
  Albany:             ftp.fo-albany.med.va.gov
  Hines:              ftp.fo-hines.med.va.gov
  Salt Lake City:     ftp.fo-slc.med.va.gov

  NOTE: These files must be transferred using the binary (BIN) file 
  transfer mode.  The size of the file once downloaded will be 7.26 KB
  
     
 Installation Instructions:
 ==========================
  Users may be on the system. Installation should take less than 5 minutes.
  Use Cache Studio to import the source code XML. 
    Note: Cache Studio should be connected to your VistA server in your
          station's namespace.
  
  1.    Click the Tools menu and select Import Local.
  
  2.    Browse to the XML source code file retrieved from 
        download.vista.med.va.gov.
  
  3.    Click the Open button.
  
  4.    Ensure the Add Imported Items to Project checkbox is not selected.
  
  5.    Click the OK button to import the Beneficiary Travel Dashboard .csp
        project file. 
  
  6.    To assure the file is recompiled with change to the key navigate 
        to the install location and right click on the dgbtDashboard.csp
        file and choose compile 'dgbtDashboard.csp'
