 This patch is an informational patch for Accounts Receivable.
  
 There will be a post-initialization routine run for Accounts
 Receivable when the combined build associated with patch IB*2*459 is
 installed. 
  
 When the Build associated with IB*2*459 is installed there will be an
 Integrated Billing update to correct three IB ACTION TYPE (#350.1) file
 entries, and then an Accounts Receivable update will correct the
 necessary associated ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (#430) file records in the TYPE
 OF CARE (#15.1) field.
  
  
  
 This patch is part of the combined build exported as a Kernel Installation
 and Distribution System (KIDS) host file named:

    Problem:
    --------
    The sites and patients are seeing NURSING HOME CARE (NSC) instead of
    HOSPITAL CARE (NSC) for when the patient charges are:
       DG FEE SERVICE (INPT) CANCEL   
       DG FEE SERVICE (INPT) NEW       
       DG FEE SERVICE (INPT) UPDATE. 
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    The post-init routine mentioned above will correct the TYPE OF CARE
    (#15.1) field for inpatient charge claims in the above three DG Fee
    Service types from NURSING HOME CARE (NSC) to HOSPITAL CARE (NSC) in
    the ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (#430) file.

 Please refer to the patch description for IB*2.0*459 for instructions for
 retrieving the data global host file and installing this patch.
