 Remedy Overview:
 ================
 1. HD0000000195419     <UNDEFINED>PRNTSCRN+5^TIURA2
   
    Problem: 
    --------
    A hard error can occur when running the Review Progress Notes option 
    [TIU OE/RR REVIEW PROG NOTES]. When the option is run and Progress
    Notes are listed to the screen it is possible that notes can be deleted
    from another session after they have been displayed.  If a note that's
    been deleted is selected to print a hard error occurs.
  
    Resolution:
    -----------
    If a note selected for print from the Review Progress Notes option 
    [TIU OE/RR REVIEW PROG NOTES] has been deleted, allow processing to
    continue which causes the message: 
        "Item # no longer exists, RETURN to continue..." 
    to be displayed.  An error no longer occurs.
  
    Technical Resolution:
    ---------------------
    Modify routine TIURA2, skip selection when the TIU DOCUMENT file 
    (#8925) does not exist.
  
  
 Installation Instructions:
 ==========================
 This patch can be loaded with users on the system but it is recommended
 that it be scheduled for off-hours. The installation time should be less
 than 2 minutes.
  
  1.  Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu
  
  2.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
      (When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter TIU*1.0*269):
      
      a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with this patch. It will
          not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
      b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option
          will allow you to view all changes that will be made when
          this patch is installed.  It compares all components of this
          patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
      c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will
          allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are
          in the transport global.
  
  3.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package
      TIU*1.0*269.
  
      a.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the
          install? NO//', answer NO.
      b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options and Menu
          Options and Protocols? NO//', answer YES.
      c.  When prompted to select the options you would like to place out 
          of order, enter the following:
               TIU OE/RR REVIEW PROG NOTES       Review Progress Notes 
      d.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of 
          Order', press <ENTER>.
