Description:

 This patch creates a new Parameter, XU645, which will 
  determine if a terminated User information should be
  purged.  This is used to prevent deleting of a User's
  Menus, Keys, Mail Messages, and other information when
  a User is terminated.  When the Parameter XU645 is blank
  or set to NO, no data is deleted.  When XU645 is set to
  YES, then data is deleted and the background AUTODEACTIVE
  job will purge those users who were previously terminated.
  
  The default value for XU645 is blank, which is equivalent
  to NO.  To change this value, run the routine XPAREDIT

   Blood Bank software design safeguards or safety critical elements functions
     
   RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch XU*8*645 have no effect on Blood
   Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.

 Installation Instructions:

 This patch should be installed during nonpeak times
 
 TaskMan doesn't need to be stopped or paused
 User can be on the system
  
 Installation should take less than a minute.
  
   1. Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu. 
      This option will load the KIDS package onto your system.
      Answer 'Yes' to run the Environment Check routine.
 
   2. The patch has now been loaded into a transport global on your 
      system. You now need to use KIDS to install the transport global.
  
   3. On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the 
      following options:
  
         Print Transport Global
         Compare Transport Global to Current System
         Verify Checksums in Transport Global
         Backup a Transport Global
  
   4. On the KIDS menu, in the 'Installation' menu, use the following option:
  
           Select Installation Option: Install Package(s)
           Select INSTALL NAME: XU*8.0*645
