HD0000000442635 High Volume Issues Problem: ------- The MD PROCESS RESULTS scheduled task will only process results for orders that are requested/scheduled up to 5 days in the past. The sites wanted to expand the number of days so the results will be picked up for orders requested more than 5 days ago. Resolution: ---------- Routine MDHL7XXX will be modified to look back 365 days instead of 5 days. Installation Instructions: ========================= If installed during the normal workday, it is recommended that the Clinical Procedures users be off the system. Most sites have this task * * scheduled to run every 90 seconds. Reschedule the task to run * * hourly the first time it runs after the install. It may take 10-20 * * minutes to run the first time. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option. 2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select the Installation menu. 3. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. b. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. c. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all components of this patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.). d. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package MD*1.0*34. 5.
