 This patch corrects a bug that was introduced in patch XWB*1.1*62.
 The variable DT was being set when the connections was made. This
 patch moves the setting of DT to before each transaction.

 EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Patch XWB*1.1*63 contains
 changes to a package referenced in ProPath standard titled: BBM Team Review
 of VistA Patches. This patch does not alter or modify any VistA Blood Bank
 software design safeguards or safety critical elements functions.
 
 RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch XWB*1.1*63 have no effect on Blood Bank
 software functionality, therefore RISK is none.
 
 
 Installation Instructions
 =========================
  >>>You need to coordinate with your Regional Business Critical System team.
    The Imaging Support person needs to close all connections from the DICOM
    Gateway to the VistA System before this patch is installed. After the
    patch is install, the DICOM Gateway can then reestablish the connections.   
  >>>Users may remain on the system.
  >>>TaskMan does *NOT* need to be placed in a wait state.
                                                         
  1. Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu.
     This option will load the KIDS package onto your system.
    
  2. The patch has now been loaded into a transport global on your 
     system. You now need to use KIDS to install the transport global.  
     
  3. On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the 
     following options: 
          Print Transport Global 
          Compare Transport Global to Current System 
          Verify Checksums in Transport Global
          Backup a Transport Global 
    
  4. Verify that there is no activity with the DICOM Gateway
  
  5. On the KIDS menu, in the 'Installation' menu, use the following option: 
          Select Installation Option: Install Package(s) 
          Select INSTALL NAME: XWB*1.1*63

       Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//
       Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//
  
  6. Imaging Support needs to reestablish all connections from the DICOM
     Gateway to the VistA system.
