 1. INC0757492 - HOSPITAL ADMISSION STATUS field defaults to an inactive code.
  
 Problem:
 --------
 When the HOSPITAL ADMISSION STATUS field (#.011) is not included in the
 Surgery Site Parameter REQUIRED FIELDS FOR SCHEDULING: (MULTIPLE), running
 the Schedule Unrequested Operations [SROSRES] option, the Hospital
 Admission Status: prompt defaults to "I".
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 A modification was made to the input template SRSCHED-UNREQUESTED-ICD10 to
 remove the default value. This matches how the field functions when the
 HOSPITAL ADMISSION STATUS (#.011) field IS included in the Surgery Site
 Parameter REQUIRED FIELDS FOR SCHEDULING: (MULTIPLE).

 This patch may be installed with users on the system. This patch should 
 take less than 1 minute to install.
  
 Installation Instructions:
 --------------------------
 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch.
  
 2. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
  
 3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the
    Installation Menu.
  
 4. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options. When 
    prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch SR*3.0*194:
  
     a. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to print only 
        a summary of the patch, to print a summary of the patch and the
        routines in the transport global, or to print only the routines in
        the transport global.
   
     b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will 
        allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
        is installed. It compares all components of this patch (routines,
        DDs, templates, etc.).
  
 5. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and
    choose the patch to install.
  
 6. If prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of
    Install? NO//' respond 'NO'.
  
 7. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//'
    respond 'NO'.
  
 8. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
    Protocols? NO//' respond 'NO'.
  
 9. If prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes):  (0 - 60): 0//' respond 0.
  
  
 Back-out/Rollback Strategy:
 ---------------------------
 In the event of a catastrophic failure, the Facility CIO may make the 
 decision to back-out the patch. Because this patch contains template changes, 
 back-out must be done with the participation of the sustainment team.
  
 The back-out plan is to restore the template SRSCHED-UNREQUESTED-ICD10 which
 can be provided upon request. Please call the national help desk or enter a 
 help desk ticket, if required.
  
 No data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no 
 rollback strategy is required.
  
 To verify the back-out completed successfully, ensure template
 SRSCHED-UNREQUESTED-ICD10 no longer matches the patch version.
