 The purpose of this Informational Patch is to announce the release of the 
 Enrollment System (ES) 5.1.1. This release, developed in Java technology, 
 contains Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) maintenance defect repairs.
  
 The following functionality is updated in this ES 5.1.1 release:
  
 Sustainment: 
  
 Update hibernate configuration for  HistoryAddress and GeoCodeTransmit 
 tables and set them immutable. This will correct an intermittent 
 application failure when updating a person's record that includes 
 eligibility data, enrollment data, military service, address and date 
 of death.
