 This patch will resolve the following issue.

 Problem: 
 --------
 An issue was discovered when loading the BCMA coversheet and the patient
 has an order with an administration schedule that does not have a whole
 number of hour(s) frequency between administrations (e.g., 7 TIMEs A DAY,
 ONCE EVERY 3.5 HOURS, etc.). The reason is because the program that
 calculates the next dose's administration date/time assumed the frequency to
 be a whole number of hours like 4 or 6 and not 3.1466 or 3.5. Since the
 program could not come up with a valid date/time it went into an infinite
 loop which would freeze the BCMA application when the users tried to view the
 patient's coversheet.
     
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The routine PSBCSUTX was modified at line tag NEXTADM+24 and NEXTADM+28 to
 replace the call to $$SCH^XLFDT with a call to $$FMADD^XLFDT that will now
 calculate the the next adminstration date/time by adding the number of
 frequency minutes to the last administration date/time.

 Installation Instructions:
 -------------------------- 
 The Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) users should not be running the AMIS
 Report while this patch is being installed. It should take less than 2
 minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch.
  
    2. Choose the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    3. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select the
       Installation menu.  From this menu, you may select to use the
       following options: 
       when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter the patch # PSB*3.0*107:
  
         a. Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
            message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
            backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
         b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
            allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
            is installed.  It compares all components of this patch 
            routines, DDs, templates, etc.
  
         c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
            you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
            transport global.
  
    4. From the Installation menu, select the Install Package(s) option and
       choose the patch to install.
  
    5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
       NO//', enter No.
    
    6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
       Protocols? NO//', enter No. 
  
 Back-out/Rollback Strategy:
 --------------------------
 In the event of a catastrophic failure, the Facility CIO may make the 
 decision to back-out the patch.
   
 It is imperative that you have performed a backup of the routine 
 included in this patch prior to installation.
  
 The back-out plan is to restore the routine from the backup created.
  
 No data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no 
 rollback strategy is required.
  
 To verify the back-out completed successfully, ensure the checksum 
 matches the pre-patch checksum from the patch descriptions
