============================================================================= Run Date: MAY 31, 2018 Designation: WEBP*1*18 Package : WEBP - PATIENT CENTERED MANAGEMENT Priority: Mandatory Version : 1 SEQ #18 Status: Released Compliance Date: JUN 30, 2018 ============================================================================= Subject: PCMM WEB V1.18 CONFIGURATION UPDATES Category: - Informational Description: ============ The Patient-Centered Management Module (PCMM) Web application version WEBP*1*18 will implement the software changes necessary to capture encounters that occurred prior to the patient's primary care (PC) assignment but wasn't completed until after the patient was assigned to the PC team. This will allow the nightly Auto Inactivation (AI) job to detect and apply this valid encounter to the patient's PC assignment. Configuration and Software Changes: =================================== 1. RTC 694962 - The system does not detect encounters that are started before a patient's assignment to a PC team but checked out after the PC assignment. The nightly AI job needs to be able to capture a valid encounter if the patient is assigned to PC team AFTER the encounter has started but BEFORE the encounter is checked out/completed. Logic was added to the Java code of the nightly AI process so it will apply encounters that are started before the patient's primary care team assignment but checked out on or after the patient's assignment to the team. CA-SDM Ticket: No associated helpdesk tickets for this issue. 2. RTC 684783 - The Technical Reference Manual (TRM) compliance review that was provided stated that the related library upgrades need to have the versions upgraded to meet the current TRM compliance. The following library versions and all dependencies were upgraded per TRM compliance review: Upgraded commons-lang to version 3.5 Upgraded antlr to version 4.6 Upgraded log4j to log4j version 2.10.0 NOTE: The RTC above (#684783) is documenting the TRM changes to the application's versions that were implemented in production with WEBP1.17 release.
