 This patch addresses 2 issues:
  
 1. The Lot Number entry is being put in the Description (#24) field in 
    the RECORD OF PROS APP (#660) file.
  
 2. When a record in the RECORD OF PROS APP (#660) file does not have a 
    suspense date, the user receives a subscript error in the View
    Prosthetics Item Transactions [RMPR VIEW 2319 READ ONLY] menu option.

 When a new item is added using the Reconcile/Close Out Purchase Card 
 Transaction [RMPR4 CLOSE OUT] menu option, in the RECORD OF PROS APP
 (#660) file, the Lot Number (#21) field will save in the Description (#24)
 field.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The routine RMPR4M has been updated so that the correct field is being 
 updated for the Lot Number (#24) in the RECORD OF PROS APP (#660) file.
  
  
 2. INC0193684 - <SUBSCRIPT>PRINT+104^RMPOPAT3 ^ICD9("") (Stl/Marion)
                     
 Problem:

 If a record in the RECORD OF PROS APP (#660) file does not have a 
 SUSPENSE ICD (#8.8) field, but has a SUSPENSE DATE (#8.1) field, a 
 subscript error will occur in the View Prosthetics Item Transactions [RMPR
 VIEW 2319 READ ONLY] menu option. 
  
 Resolution:

 The routine RMPOPAT3 has been updated so that it will check if the
 SUSPENSE ICD (8.8) field exists before it sets the value for the ICD.

 This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is 
 recommended it be queued to run after normal business hours to minimize
 potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 minutes

 This patch may be run with users on the system, but it is recommended
 that it be queued to run after normal business hours.
   
 Installation will take less than 5 minutes. 
 Suggested time to install: non-peak requirement hours.
   
    1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select
       the Installation menu.
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options (when
       prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter RMPR*3.0*194).      
  
       a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
       b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is
          installed.
       c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure
          the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global.
       d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view
          the components of the KIDS build.
      
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
       RMPR*3.0*194
   
    5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONS during install ? NO//"
       respond NO.
   
    6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Schedule Options, Menu Options and
       Protocols? YES//', just press <RETURN>. 
  
        1) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as "Out of
            Order":" enter the following options:
  
         Reconcile/Close Out Purchase Card Transaction   [RMPR4 CLOSE OUT]
      
         View Prosthetics Item Transactions     [RMPR VIEW 2319 READ ONLY]
  
       2) When prompted "Enter protocols you wish to mark as "Out of
          Order":", just press <Return>.

 Prior to installing the updated KIDS package, the site/region should have 
 saved a backup of the routines in a mail message using the Backup a 
 Transport Global [XPD BACKUP] menu option.  The message containing the 
 backed up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at 
 the Message Action prompt.  The PackMan function INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE is 
 then used to install the backed up routines onto the VistA system.
