 This is an informational patch for the Decision Support Tool application
 version 1.0.03.1.There is no VistA component to this new build. 
 This patch is for informational purposes only and defines the scope of the  
 changes that have been made including defects that have been resolved in DST. 
 ******************************************************************************
 
 Decision Support Tool version 1.0.03.1 has the following functionality changes
 and defect fixes:
 
 1. 1014877 Modifies the business rule that triggers the Existing Clinic Patient
 workflow from Consult Name equals Community Care-Admin VCCPE(Veterans 
 Community Care Program Eligibility) to contains.
    
 2. 1019390 It removes the facility type filters on the Provider Profile
 Management System(PPMS) remote data call to allow all types of facilities 
 to be displayed in DST.
 
 3. 1010786 DST will pull and display accurate Drive Time information associated
 with the facility for the selected Clinical Service:
     - Decision Support Tool will perform a look up within 100 or 50 miles
       radius for Specialty Care and 40 or 20 miles radius for Primary Care 
       to display Drive Time.
 
 4. Defect 1009783 It fixes the restoration Consult name associated with the
 Signed Consult where DST will not show the new consult name for signed 
 consult that has been forwarded.
 
 5. Defect 1018543 It fixes a critical defect in 1.0.04 that was causing
 facility to be displayed in DST incorrectly, to include facilities displayed 
 in the Average Wait Time(AWT) table given site ID and Stop code.
