Problem: -------- If a veteran has no patient statement entry (type=2), in the AR EVENT (#341) file, the statement compilation logic would go go back to the veteran's initial bill on file and capture all billing history up through current date. This issue creates a statement exceeding the maximum number of lines allowed (max = 286) and will not be sent to the Consolidated Co-payment Processing Center (CCPC) for printing, but will print on an isolated printer located somewhere within each site as defined in the AR SITE PARAMETER (#342) file. These overflow statements do not print on a local printer and nothing is done toward getting these bills to the rightful veteran. Resolution: ----------- Modifications have been made to ensure that a veteran with no AR EVENT (#341) file patient statement entry (type=2) will use either the day preceding his first active bill on file or the current date if there are no active bills are on file. Routines: PRCAGU, RCCPCPS, RCFN01 2) INC6204360 - Coding error in queue start time check when kicking off statements in option 'Build CCPC file for transmission' Problem: -------- A coding error was found when reviewing the Build CCPC file for transmission [RCCPC BUILD] option that controls the allowable start time for the queued task. Resolution: ----------- Modification has been made to the code that ensures that the Build CCPC file for transmission [RCCPC BUILD] option queuing task CANNOT run between 8am and 6pm. However, code was added to allow any start time for Saturday or Sunday queuing.
