Description:
============

 This patch includes a new option for providing detailed notification 
 reporting within VistA.  The report includes a summary report, a Top 10 
 report, and a user customizable report via data filters.
  
 The new report option will be included on the menu "Bulk Parameter Editor 
 for Notifications" [ORB3 LM  1 MAIN MENU].
  
 This patch will also standardize the options of the above menu so that it 
 includes all options from the "Notification Mgmt Menu" [ORB NOT COORD
 MENU] for consistent functionality for ease of use.
  
 This patch will also include any bug fixes needed for the BULK PARAMETER 
 EDITOR and will be listed below.

 Installation Instructions:

 This patch may be installed with users on the system.
 Installation of this patch should take less than 2 minutes.
  
 1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the Packman Menu.  
   
 2.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS) Menu, 
     select the Installation menu.  
   
 3.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package OR*3.0*518.
  
 4.  If prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of 
     Install? YES//', respond NO.
  
 5.  If prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? YES//',
     respond NO.
  
 6.  If prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
     Protocols? YES//', respond NO.
  
 7.  If prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes):  (0-60): 0//', respond '0'.
  
  
 Backout/Rollback Strategy:
 =========================
 In the event of a catastrophic failure, the Area Manager may make the 
 decision to back-out the patch.  If needed, a back-out patch will be
 provided that will remove all of the components of the patch.
 There is no need to restore any data.
