Description:
============

 This patch is a follow-up patch to CPRS v31b and fixes a defect with patch
 TIU*1*290 (bundled with v31b). After the installation of v31b, some sites
 that were uploading transcribed TIU documents into VistA experienced
 issues when uploading the document and when trying to resolve a filing
 error. This patch fixes those errors.
  
 This patch should be installed immediately after the installation of v31b.

 1. INC11497400 - Having issues with Transcribed notes filing errors and 
                  unable to fix them
    Duplicate INC11458881 - Transcribed notes not uploading to VISTA
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The following error sometimes occurred when uploading a document via 
 option Upload Documents [TIU UPLOAD DOCUMENTS]: 
 <UNDEFINED>GETREC+46^TIUPUTC1. In addition, if there were filing errors
 with the uploaded document, when the user went to resolve them, they would
 receive the following error: <UNDEFINED>WRITEHDR+10^TIUPEVNT.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 In routine TIUPUTC1, a $GET was added when accessing variables 
 TIUHDR("TIUDDT") and TIUHDR(1202). This way if those fields weren't 
 defined in the uploaded document, it wouldn't cause an error.
  
 In routine TIURE, added two new expected arguments (TIUTYPE and TIUINQ) 
 when calling WRITEHDR^TIUPEVNT.
  
 In routine TIUPEVNT, updated the $SELECT to set TIUFLD to ".01" if TIULINE
 contains "TITLE".

 Implementation team. Installation instructions will be distributed when

 The updated documentation will not be on the VDL until after the phased

 Pre-Installation Instructions:
 This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is
 recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize
 potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 5 
 minutes to install.
  
 Installation Instructions:
 Please refer to the "CPRS v31b Deployment, Installation, Back Out and  
 Rollback Guide" for installation and set-up information. This document is
 exported as OR_30_377_IG.doc and OR_30_377_IG.pdf and is included in  
 OR_30_377.ZIP. Instructions to download the files will be emailed to the
 installation point of contacts by the CPRS Implementation team.

 Back-Out/Roll Back Plan:
 ------------------------
 In the event of a catastrophic failure, the Area Manager may make the 
 decision to back-out the patch. It is imperative that you have performed a
 backup of the routines included in this patch prior to installation.
  
 The back-out plan is to restore the routine from the backup created. No 
 data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no other 
 rollback steps are needed.
  
 To verify the back-out completed successfully, ensure the checksum matches
 the pre-patch checksum from the patch description.
