Add members from IFC Clin Error and IFC Tech Error to the GMRC CRNR IFC Error mail group. Below steps to be performed by the HAS and PAS members at the site. 1. Due to add proxy functionality introduced in GMRC*3*154, VistA to VistA sites will not send the 201 (Unknown Patient error) in the IFC PATIENT ERROR MESSAGES anymore as they are being automatically registered. There is a known issue and only partial registration is happening and an enhancement patch (DG*5.3*1033) is being developed to do complete registration. Until the new patch is available, please follow steps (please see instructions below) to clear the enrollment inconsistencies as the workaround. Note: You will receive 201 if the add-proxy fails or if the patient is registered at the Cerner Mann Grandstaff VAMC and not registered at your VistA site. (Cerner sites do not have add proxy capabilities currently) Select Local Fileman Menu Option: PRINT File Entries Output from what File: PATIENT// (274523 entries) Sort by: NAME// DATE ENTERED INTO FILE Start with DATE ENTERED INTO FILE: FIRST//<<<< If you have any questions please log a ticket with the help desk.
