 This patch is informational only concerning updates to the CPRS User Guide
 which accompany VistA Laboratory patch LR*5.2*527.

 INC6227021: Canceled Order Status and Comments Not Displaying
  
 Problem:

 If all tests on an order are canceled using an option in the VistA 
 Laboratory Accessioning menu, the order status and "not performed" 
 comments do not display on some CPRS reports as expected.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
  
 LR*5.2*527 contains code changes to ensure that the order status and "not
 performed" comments display as expected.  Updates to the CPRS User Guide
 clarify when "not performed" and "canc" (ie. "canceled") statuses and
 associated comments display on the various CPRS Labs tab reports.
