The Test SDA Extracts [VPR TEST SDA] option is broken off into a new Test/Audit VPR Functions [VPR HS TESTER] menu, including new options to view the HealthShare update lists. The VPR Health Share Utilities [VPR HS MENU] menu will include new options for monitoring system tasks; a new HealthShare Interface Manager [VPR HS MGR] menu will allow access to both menus. With this patch, VPR will recognize additional Health Factors for documenting the refusal of specific COVID-19 vaccinations. This patch also addresses two tickets. It corrects an issue in the HealthShare update mechanism that has prevented retracted documents from being removed. It will also prevent a max string error that can occur if a consult has a very large number of activity log entries. See full descriptions with the tickets below. INC14232076 Retracted Consult Note still populating VA CCD VPR monitors changes to documents stored in the TIU DOCUMENT (#8925) File, and removes documents from HealthShare that have been deleted or retracted. Prior to this patch, a bug prevented that from occurring consistently; that error has been fixed, and a clean-up utility will be run to find and remove any retracted documents that may still be in the HealthShare data cache. 2. INC16640493 Miami VPR errors: ELEMENT+19^DDEG Patch VPR*1*14 began capturing the Activity Log for a Consult. Miami reported having trouble recently setting up a new device that sends results to a consult; this caused a loop that created almost 24,000 entries in one consult's activity log, re-sending and duplicating the same information. This patch adds a screen to the Activity Log extract so these duplicate entries will be skipped, preventing these Max String errors.
