 * to the production server at 11:00pm EST on 08/11/2021.                *

 * NOTE: This patch was loaded on the National JLV server. There is      *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate        *
 * changes to users.                                                     *

 The JLV 2.9.4.0.3 Patch addresses four (4) 508 Plan of Action and 
 Milestone (POAM) defects that were placed on hold to focus on the urgent 
 effort to integrate with Cerner Millennium in FY21.
  
 The following JLV change records apply to this release:
  
 JP-5797 (508) | Content is not properly encoded and causes assistive 
 technology to convey incorrect information. (2.9.4.0.2)
  
 JP-5798 (508) | Changing the setting of user interface components 
 automatically causes a change of context without advising the user of 
 this behavior. (2.9.4.0.2)
  
 JP-5796 (508) | The name, role, state or value of user interface elements 
 in the product cannot be understood (programmatically determined) 
 (2.9.4.0.2)
  
 JP-5799 (508) | Information, structure, and relationships conveyed 
 through presentation cannot be understood (programmatically 
 determined)(JLVENT-4490 ) (2.9.4.0.2)
  
 The requirements for the JLV 2.9.4.0.3 consisted of smoke testing as the
 formal DIT. Before starting the smoke testing, a JLV Web application
 release tag is installed on the system. Smoke tests are then run against
 this software baseline. Any issues found and potential resolutions are
 assessed for possible inclusion in the software baseline.
