 The JLV 2.9.4.0.4 Hot Patch Production Release corrects the issue of JLV 
 no longer connecting using the current hardcoded mapping for the Clinical 
 Context Object Workgroup (CCOW) Vaults.
  
 Below is the change record included in this release:
  
 JP-6168 - JLV Unable to Join Context
  
 The requirements for the JLV 2.9.4.0.4 consisted of smoke testing as the
 formal DIT. Before starting the smoke testing, a JLV Web application
 release tag is installed on the system. Smoke tests are then run against
 this software baseline. Any issues found and potential resolutions are
 assessed for possible inclusion in the software baseline.
