 CV 3.8.0.2 hot patch resolves multiple defects to correct the behavior of 
 sticking graph labels when switching or closing the selected Veteran 
 record, confirm records added to Report Builder in the minimized view 
 persist in the expanded view, fix the hover over hint for records added 
 to Report Builder in expanded view, refocus the default selected button 
 to "print" in the pop-up print dialogue window, and ensure Risk 
 Management Providers (RMPs) receive warning pop-up message(s) when 
 assigning the same Veteran to the same provider.

 User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

 A User Acceptance Test waiver has been granted for this release.
  
 Development Independent Testing (DIT):
 ==============================
  
 The requirements planned for the CV 3.8.0.2 were verified and 
 validated during the Development Independent Testing (DIT) phase of 
 testing. All requirements mapped to the test scripts. The scripts are 
 designed to be end-to-end functional tests of the system to evaluate 
 all the technical requirements including the testing of external 
 interfaces where appropriate.
  
 The DIT cycle consisted of smoke testing and the formal DIT. Before 
 starting the DIT cycle, a Community Viewer Web application baseline is 
 installed on the system. Tests are then run against this software 
 baseline. Any issues found and potential resolutions are assessed for 
 possible inclusion in the software baseline.
  
 During DIT, the test team validated the requirements provided in the 
 Jira release collection using the test scripts and the test cases.
  
 Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in Jira.
