 The purpose of this informational patch description is to announce the 
 cleanup of multiple versions of the PIMS Version 5.3 Technical Manual 
 posted on the VA Software Document Library (VDL) and 
 https://download.vista.domain.ext/index.html/SOFTWARE.
  
 1. Duplicate copies of the manual -- one with the file name 
    "adt_pims_tech_manual.pdf", and one with the file name 
    "adt_pims_tm.pdf" - are merged into a single file containing all patch
    updates to date.
  
 2. The "adt_pims_tm.pdf" file will consolidate all patch changes up to 
    patch DG*5.3*1014. It will serve as a baseline for updates to the
    document moving forward.
  
 3. The "adt_pims_tech_manual.pdf" will be removed from the VDL and the 
    server on the date of this patch release.
  
 4. If a copy of this document exists on your local system/personal 
    computer or in hard copy format, you should download this version of
    the "adt_pims_tm.pdf" since it incorporates all changes up to patch
    DG*5.3*1014. If the site has multiple copies of the "adt_pims_tm.pdf", 
    the site will need to delete the previous versions.
