Error when deleting unsigned progress notes using TIU SEARCH LIST MGR Associated ticket(s): ===================== 1. INC14028939 - Error when deleting unsigned progress notes using TIU SEARCH LIST MGR Duplicates ---------- INC15046834 - Vista TIU MIS issue - deleting unsigned notes causes HIMS staff to get kicked out of system Associated NSR(s): ================== N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: =========================================== 1. Error when deleting unsigned progress notes using TIU SEARCH LIST MGR. Problem 1: ---------- After installation of TIU*1*290, when using Vista "Search for Selected Documents" [TIU SEARCH LIST MGR] option to delete unsigned progress notes completely out of TIU DOCUMENT (#8925) file, a hard error is generated: PATVADPT+4^TIULV *VA("BID"). The Delete action must perform a complete deletion out of file #8925 (versus doing a retraction) in order for the problem to be reproduced. This error happens whether deleting notes singly, or a range of notes. Resolution 1: ------------- Modify routine TIURB2 to call NOTIFY^TIUUTL before the TIU Note is deleted. Also, during development of this patch it was found that variable TIU used in the call to NOTIFY^TIUUTL was not newed or subsequently killed after being used. This patch will add newing variable TIU in routine TIURB2 for compliance with the Department of Veterans Affairs M Programming Standards and Convention (SAC).
