TIU Text Alerts do not work if user requires a cosigner Associated ticket(s): ===================== 1. INC18300016 - TIU Text Alerts do not work if user requires a cosigner Duplicate(s): INC18894238 - TIU Text Event alert is not firing when note is entered by user requiring a cosigner. Associated NSR(s): ================== N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: =========================================== 1. INC18300016 - TIU Text Alerts do not work if user requires a cosigner Problem 1: ---------- When a TIU Text Event Alert is set up, a CPRS alert is sent to a team whenever a note is signed that contains specific text. Users notified the CACs that this did not seem to be working for author's who require a cosigner. It was tested and confirmed. When signing a note as an independent author, the TIU Text Event Alert was sent as expected. When the author required a cosigner, no alert(s) were sent when the author signed, and no alert(s) were sent when the cosigner signed. Resolution 1: ------------- Routine TIUTIUS is modified to remove a line of code that stopped processing text alerts when the Note had been signed and cosigned and the cosigner and signer were different users. NOTE: For TIU Text Event Alerts, the POST-SIGNATURE CODE should be set to 'D TASK^TIUTIUS($S($G(DAORIG):DAORIG,1:DA))' Test Sites: ========== James H.
