JIRA Defect TIU-615 - TIU*1*338 Copy Paste Report details Problem: -------- This issue is concerning the Copy/Paste reports which were supposed to be released with CPRS 31b (TIU*1*290). Shortly before release, the HIMS personnel and stakeholders determined these reports were not adequate to meet their needs and requested to have the reports redesigned. Thus, the options were disabled for the CPRS 31b release. Resolution: ----------- After working with HIMS and stakeholders the Copy/Paste Tracking reports and menus have been redesigned. There will now be only one detail report which will generate a carat delimited output which can be imported to the user's application of choice to allow personalization of the report. As there is now only one report, the necessity for three menu options is no longer needed. The three options will be deleted and a new option will directly run the report, which will appear in the Text Integration Utilities (MIS Manager) [TIU MAIN MENU MGR] menu. The report output will contain the following data fields: Output Data: ------------ Piece Data 1 -- PASTE DATE/TIME = Date/time of the paste action 2 -- PN PATIENT = Patient associated with Note which received pasted text 3 -- PASTE NOTE (PN) = Note Title which received pasted text 4 -- PN DATE/TIME = Date/Time of the Note which received pasted text 5 -- PN AUTHOR = Author of the Note which received pasted text 6 -- COPY SOURCE (CS) = Source of the original copied text 7 -- CS AUTHOR = Author of the source of the original copied text 2. JIRA Defect TIU-681 WORD WRAP > 80 CHARACTERS Problem: -------- The TIU TEMPLATE FILE #8927 allows long lines >80 characters and may contain empty entries. Some instances of long lines have incorrect text wrapping. TIU TEMPLATEs may also contain OBJECTS or TEMPLATE FIELDS that are missing from their respective files (8925.1 & 8927.1). Resolution: ----------- The new utility will analyze File #8927 and provide a detailed report on potential issues. The utility may also be used to fix long lines in some specific instances along with entries that contain no text or component entries.
