 The Community Viewer 3.7.0.0.3 release provides the functionality for 
 users to reset their password from the Community Viewer login page using 
 either email address or the National Provider Identifier (NPI) number as 
 a user name benefitting users who do not hold an NPI. 
  
 The following change record is included in this release:
  
 CVP-2464 Update Reset Password to Accept Email and NPI Number for CCP
  
 User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
 ==============================
 A User Acceptance Test waiver has been granted for this release.
  
 This hot patch was verified and validated during the Development 
 Independent Testing (DIT). DIT consisted of smoke testing and the formal
 DIT validation. Before DIT begins a release tag captures the baseline used
 for DIT. Issues discovered with resolutions are assessed for inclusion in
 this baseline. 
  
 During DIT, the test team validated the fix provided in the JIRA JLV 
 Project (JP) Release using the test scripts and the test Cases in
 the JLV TestRail Project. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
