Description:
============

 Event Capture patch, EC*2.0*155, inactivates any Decision Support 
 System (DSS) UNIT (#724) file with the SEND TO PCE (#13) field set to
 'Send No Records' and have an inactive/invalid Stop Code.
  
 This patch is being released along with Scheduling patch SD*5.3*787, that
 provides Fiscal Year 2022 updates to the CLINIC STOP (#40.7) file. When
 inactivating stop codes in CLINIC STOP (#40.7) file, the DSS UNIT (#724) 
 file also needs to be updated. Both patches will be bundled together
 with the Scheduling patch being the primary.
  
 NOTE: Patch EC*2.0*155 is being released along with patch SD*5.3*787

    Problem:
    --------  
    The Managerial Cost Accounting Office (MCAO) requested that DSS 
    Units in the DSS UNIT (#724) file with SEND TO PCE (#13) field 
    set to 'Send No Records' and have an inactive/invalid Stop Code be
    automatically inactivated.
    
    Resolution:
    -----------
    Post install routine, EC2P155, in this patch, will queue the call to 
    the CHKDSS^ECUTL3 API to scan the DSS UNIT (#724) file and inactivate
    any DSS Units with SEND TO PCE (#13) field set to 'Send No Records' 
    and have an inactive/invalid Stop Code.
  
    A MailMan message will be sent to the installer of the patch and to 
    holders of the 'ECMGR' security key after the job has been run on 
    10/01/2021 at 1:00 AM. A sample message is below:
