Entered in Error Description:
PSO*7*638 introduced an error which happens in the background. No user 
effected. "PSOBPSU2" is the only effected routine.  Sites that have 
installed PSO*7*638 are requested to back this patch out by installing 
the backup message created during install. 
 
Site are requested to make sure that the checksums of PSOBPSU2 are 
66211417 after the patch is backed out.
