This patch fixes an error where patients with laboratory results that are not positive are incorrectly categorized as positive and are incorrectly included in the HIV and HCV registries. Code changes have been made to the RORUPD04 and RORX024A routines to rectify this issue. A revised Graphical User Interface (GUI) executable is included in the patch so the version of the CCR software is updated to 1.5.38. This worked, but introduced a logic bug that allows a lab result of "Cancel" to be counted as a "Positive" result. SOLUTION: Fixed the two routines so "Cancel" is no longer counted as "Positive".
