 CV 3.7.0.0.2 Patch will land Community Care Providers (CCPs) and VA Staff 
 users on an anchor page that describes the system is migrating to 
 HealthShare Referral Manager (HSRM) Clinical Viewer (effective 09/11/21), 
 and give them a link to the HSRM page to get directions on signing up for 
 the new service. An announcement is added to the login page to alert CCPs 
 and VA Staff users. Risk Management VA Staff users are still able to 
 access CCPs through a separate CV URL.
  
 The following change records are included in this release:

 User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
 ==============================
 A User Acceptance Test waiver has been granted for this release.
  
 This hot patch was verified and validated during the Development 
 Independent Testing (DIT). DIT consisted of smoke testing and the formal
 DIT validation. Before DIT begins a release tag captures the baseline used
 for DIT. Issues discovered with resolutions are assessed for inclusion in
 this baseline. 
  
 During DIT, the test team validated the fix provided in the JIRA JLV 
 Project (JP) Release using the test scripts and the test Cases in
 the JLV TestRail Project. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
