Description:

 The National Utilization Management Integration (NUMI) patch, WEBN*1.1*22,
 corrects the following 3 issues:
 1. When converting an admission to an observation, one of the two types of
 observation review doesn't display a warning when it should.
 2. When changing the admission review type on an already entered
 review it displays the old admission review type on the review screen for 
 the original review and any reviews cloned from it in the future.
 3.Corrects the display of a user as inactive after all site
 access is inactivated.

 Duplicate: INC17085896 - NUMI issues with status for a patient
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The appropriate warning message is not displayed on the primary 
 review page when changing an admission review to 'Admission Converted to 
 Observation'.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 The stored procedure responsible for displaying the warning has been
 updated to include the admission review type 'Admission Converted to
 Observation'.
  
 2. INC17086581 - Admission Review Type on Review screen
    
 Problem:
 --------
 The display only admission review type field shows an incorrect review 
 type if the original review is changed from admission to continued stay.  
 If that review is then cloned, the invalid value is also carried forward 
 to the cloned reviews.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 The primary review page has been changed to pull in the admission review 
 type from the Care Enhance Review Management Enterprise (CERME) screen on
 subsequent edits.
  
 3. INC18904191 - Inactive users incorrect
  
 Problem:
 --------
 NUMI displays a user as Active on NUMI-Admin-User Interface screen after 
 all their Site access has been inactivated.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 NUMI code has been updated to reflect the correct status of NUMI user as 
 Inactive when all their Site access has been inactivated.
