This problem occurs when packing a Reminder Dialog that contains branching logic using a Reminder Definition that has an attached Reminder Dialog. In this situation the Reminder Dialogs are merged in the Reminder Exchange Packed File. Resolution: ----------- To address this issue, Reminder Exchange is being modified to not pack a Reminder Dialog if it is attached to Reminder Definition and that Reminder Definition is defined in the branching logic section of the Reminder Dialog, a Reminder Order Check Rule, Reminder List Rules or in a Reminder Definition or Reminder Term that uses the Computed Finding VA-REMINDER DEFINITION. 2.INC21350480 Problem: -------- When packing a reminder dialog that contains an Order Menu/Order Set, It was possible for Reminder Exchange to go into an infinite loop when building the Order Menu/Set information for the Non-Exchangeable section of Reminder Exchange. Resolution: ----------- To prevent recursive errors when packing a Reminder Dialog containing an Order Dialog Menu/Order Set, Reminder Exchange was updated to only display the top Order Dialog Menu/Order Set header information. 3. INC21695009 Problem: -------- When using the VA-WH SMART BREAST IMAGING FOLLOW-UP dialog it shows Breast Images that needs to be review. This could cause confusion when showing old Breast Images that were reviewed outside of the SMART process. Resolution: ----------- The VA-WH SMART BREAST IMAGING FOLLOW-UP dialog will not show Breast Images older than 90 days.
