Description:

 The purpose of this patch is to clarify requirements that were released 
 in PSO*7.0*642.
  
 As a part of the installation of PSO*7*642, there was a need to create an 
 additional connector proxy user. When the new user was created using the 
 option FOUNDATIONS MANAGEMENT [XOBU SITE SETUP MENU], they were marked, 
 correctly, as having no expiration for the verify code. The proxy user 
 would be considered a service account and, therefore, the verify code 
 would be expected to change every three years.
  
 However, the new proxy user has not been added to the Standard Operating 
 Procedure (SOP) for service accounts as yet. The SOP is undergoing 
 revisions and when those are completed, the new proxy user: PSO,VCC 
 CONNECTOR PROXY will be listed as a service account.
  
 Until then, security audits may result in those users becoming disabled. 
 When this occurs, it means that refill requests from the new contact 
 center software currently undergoing deployment will be rejected. In 
 order to mitigate this, it will be necessary for VistA applications 
 support personnel to manually reset those accounts so they are once again 
 active and have the appropriate access and verify codes.
  
 In addition, an audit of all the VistA systems has been done and a few 
 still do not have the new proxy user on their system. Support teams at 
 those sites will be contacted so that the proxy user will be built with 
 the required access/verify codes.
