Erroneous header data on the Pending/Hold Rad/Nuc Med Request Log [RA ORDERPENDING] report. 2. An error is generated when creating a new imaging location under certain conditions. INC23955199 - Pending Hold report header information shows 'scheduled' requests Problem: -------- The Pending/Hold Rad/Nuc Med Request Log [RA ORDERPENDING] option has the following line in the header: 'Includes requests scheduled from 1/1/22 to 1/1/22'. Pending or held requests are not scheduled. Resolution: ----------- The routine RAORDP has been updated to remove the word 'scheduled' from the report header. 2. INC23783859 - Entered new location into Radiology Package and it states that there is an invalid IEN. (Duplicate)INC23771168 - SDC - Assist site CAC...entry in Imaging Locations (#79.1) file showing as '21097' instead of ULTRASOUND Problem: -------- Creating a new imaging location when the user does not have Learn as You Go (LAYGO) access to the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file causes an error. This is a two part process on the radiology side and requires a clinic to already exist in the HOSPITAL LOCATION (#44) file. What typically happens is a scheduling clinic is entered, which cannot be used for radiology, but allows the application end user to proceed with the option to create a location. Once the location is attached to a division, the scheduling Application Program Interface (API) creates a new Occasion of Service (OOS) clinic with the same name. The Internal Entry Number (IEN) returned is in this format: "12345,,". Radiology then files this in the NAME (#.01) field of the IMAGING LOCATION (#79.1) file as is, creating an invalid pointer. Resolution: ----------- Routine RASYS1 has been modified to remove the trailing commas from the IEN before filing the hospital location pointer into the IMAGING LOCATION (#79.1) file, NAME (#.01) field. Test Sites: ----------- Minneapolis VA HCS (Minneapolis, MN) San Diego HCS (San Diego, CA) Software and Documentation Retrieval Instructions: -------------------------------------------------- The software for this patch is being released in a PackMan message. Post-Installation Instructions: N/A Back-Out/Roll Back Plan: ------------------------ Back-out will be done only with the concurrence and participation of development team and appropriate VA site/region personnel. The decision to back-out or rollback software will be a joint decision between development team, VA site/region personnel and other appropriate VA personnel. A national help desk ticket should be logged before attempting any backout procedures. Prior to installing an updated KIDS package, the site/region should have saved a backup of the routines in a mail message using the Backup a Transport Global [XPD BACKUP] menu option (this is done at time of install). The message containing the backed up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at the Message Action prompt. The Packman function "INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE" is then used to install the backed up routines onto the VistA System. If the new backup build option was used, after Xtracting the patch message use the KIDS Installation menu and enter RA*5.0*193b at the INSTALL NAME prompt. The back-out plan is to restore the routines from the backup created. No data was modified by this patch installation and, therefore, no rollback strategy is required. Validation of Back-out Procedure: --------------------------------- The Back-out Procedure can be verified by printing the first 2 lines of the routines contained in this patch using the option First Line Routine Print [XU FIRST LINE PRINT]. Once the routines contained in the RA*5.0*193 patch have been backed out, the first two lines of the routines will no longer contain the designation of this patch in the patch list section on line 2. Routine Information: ==================== The second line of each of these routines now looks like: ;;5.0;Radiology/Nuclear Medicine;**[Patch List]**;Mar 16, 1998;Build 1 The checksums below are new checksums, and can be checked with CHECK1^XTSUMBLD.
