 JLV 3.3.0.1 hot patch addresses a critical defect by deploying a Cerner 
 fix to correct the ability to open/display DoD images in JLV launched from
 PowerChart via SmartLaunch. Additionally, JLV 3.3.0.1 hot patch resolves
 a medium defect to fix a login error caused by the JLV Help link.
