 * Thursday Februray 23, 2023 at 11pm ET and VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC)   *
 * Amazon Web Services (AWS) Production B (Backup) at 2pm ET              *
 *                                                                        *
 * NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is     *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do for this release.           *

 JLV 3.3.1 release focuses on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
 Infrastructure work includes continued prerequisite development work on
 User Session Management, which will maintain user sessions when JLV scales
 for user load. This release also begins prerequisite work on Disaster
 Recovery Site that will provide a failover environment for JLV in AWS.
 Additionally, this release continues the effort to keep JLV data 
 transactions secure and compliant with VA Information Assurance standards.
