During research on an issue reported by a site, it was determined that a problem in TIU had prevented the appropriate updating of the PATIENT file (#2) in relation to the link between sexual orientation information and the progress note used to perform the update. This patch will search for invalid links between sexual orientation and progress notes and remove them. 2. The LGBTQ+ business office requested a change to the display of the sexual orientation information. This patch will modify the inquiry to show only those sexual orientation values that are currently active. Previously, inactive and entered in error values were also displayed. When the task completes, the installer will be notified. If an error occurs or the task is halted before finishing, there is restart capability. Enter a SNOW ticket to get assistance in correcting the issue and restarting the task. Back-Out/Roll Back Plan: ------------------------ This patch only includes two routines. It is imperative for the back-out plan that the backup of the build has been performed. Assuming that has been performed, the site leadership, in conjunction with product support, development, and patient safety may make the decision to back out the patch. To do that, simply install the back-out build. The database changes are being tracked in a temporary file. If it is necessary to roll back the data changes, enter a SNOW ticket to get assistance from the development team.
