Entered in Error Description:
Patch DI*22.2*25 introduced a new issue with FileMan's GETS^DIQ() call in 
the [msg_root] parameter.  If error occurs with GETS^DIQ(), the error is 
placed in ^TMP(DIERR, instead even if parameter is defined,
  GETS^DIQ(file,iens,field[,flags],target_root[,msg_root])
Patch DI*22.2*25 needs to be backed out.
