 ANRV*5.1*11 "Informational" patch is for Blind Rehabilitation
 Services (BRS) 5.1 Java Graphic User Interface (GUI). After
 release, the BRS GUI/Web Server version will be 5.1.5.5.
  
 ANRV*5.1*11 will mitigate the following issues:
  
 INC31669146 - BR 5.1 - deceased Veteran records not updating in BR 5.1 
               Patient Demographics Updater Process issue.
  
 INC31519214 - BR 5.1 - Addresses for Veterans not syncing correctly with 
                        the updated information in CPRS.

 PSD updater failing to complete update of patient demographic data.
  
 Technical Problem:
 ------------------
 Code for processing the rated disabilities during the demographic 
 update is improperly handling the iteration through the list.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Fixed the code so that it iterates properly through the list of 
 rated disabilities. 
         Corrects: INC31669146 and INC31519214.
