 This patch is for the migration of the Veterans Personal Finance System 
 (VPFS) from the datacenter in Martinsburg, WV to the Azure cloud 
 platform. This migration is mandatory, as support for Red Hat Enterprise 
 Linux 7 OS will end in July 2024, and the hardware currently present at 
 the data center cannot be supported with the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.

 Problem:
 --------
 VPFS is currently hosted in the Martinsburg, WV data center. A lack of 
 support on the hosted hardware with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 has 
 necessitated the need for the application and supporting infrastructure 
 to be moved to the Azure cloud computing environment, to ensure ongoing 
 support and to remain in compliance. 
  
 Technical Problem:
 ------------------
 Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 will end in July 2024, and the 
 current hardware present at the Martinsburg, WV data center cannot 
 officially support Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, nor will Red Hat 
 Enterprise Linux 7 receive any more updates, either for security or 
 enhancements. It is therefore necessary to migrate VPFS and supporting 
 infrastructure to the Azure cloud to remain in compliance.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 This will be a lift-and-shift of hosted assets from on-premises and 
 deploying these to the cloud. All assets will now reference this cloud 
 environment. Other than this migration, there will be no business logic 
 and UI changes.
