 This patch addresses an emergency update to the Sensitive Record warning 
 message being displayed by the Person Service Lookup UI(VPFS).
 PSL gets deployed on the centralized application server in the form of 
 Enterprise Java Beans. 
 The beans communicate with the VistA system and facilitate a 
 patient/provider search.
 This is an informational patch for installation on the centralized 
 application server only.
  
  
 Note: This patch is being released with patch PRPF*4*11.To avoid issues,
 be sure that both patches are installed.
