A patch has been entered in error for 'KERNEL'.
 
The patch is 'XU*8*801' and the subject is 'FIX ALERTS FOR SURROGATES'.

Please follow the Back-Out/Roll Back Plan as shown in the Patch 
Description.
 
Cause: Patch XU*8*801 and existing scenarios may cause an unprocessed
alert to not return to the original recipient after the surrogacy ends.  
One scenario is when the alert has two recipients and one of the
recipients is a surrogate of the other recipient.
 
Fix: A new patch, XU*8*822, will be released to add missing 
synchronization protection (Locks) to prevent simultaneous user sessions 
from leaving the alert in an incorrect state.
