INC38947969 - PRF Discrepancies - Vista Only (5/1/25 report) - Failed Manual Query at Palo Alto, CA Problem: -------- A request was made by the Health Information Governance (HIG) office to fix a bug where when a site is compiling data as part of a query response, if the last PRF ASSIGNMENT HISTORY (#26.14) file entry it encounters has a DBRS (#.04) STATUS of "Deleted", it quits processing and results in an error. Resolution: ----------- The routine, DGPFHLQ, was modified with two (2) updates in the BLDALLOB sub-routine by changing the name of a variable (from DGOBXOK to DGDBRSOK) in one of the for-loops that was causing the process to quit out prematurely after encountering DBRS data with status of "deleted" since it was being utilized in multiple spots throughout the routine and being overwritten. The second change in adding another check in the BLDALLOB sub-routine that checks to make sure the history records are present and if not, quits out and throws an error as that is a required field.
