This patch includes the following: 1) TMP-2464 INC27680569 Implement changes to correctly handle MRTCs in VistA Multi Return To Clinic (MRTC) support is included in this patch. TMP, when queried for Return to Clinic (RTC)/Consults, will now include the RTCs in the query display that are a part of a MRTC Parent with child RTC requests. 2) TMP-2422 INC26885787 TMP is timing out when returning Consults and RTCs The TMP to VistA RTC/consult query process was reported to run slow. In some cases, so slow that the query failed due to server timeout limits being exceeded. The query code has been enhanced to read a specific date range to decrease the amount of data searched for the 2 years history requested. This will speed up the process to help avoid the timeout failures. 3) TMP-2617 Restrict who can update the Default Provider in the Telehealth Management Toolbox The security key SDTOOL has been added to the Default Provider Bulk Update [SD DEFAULT PROVIDER UPDATE] option to limit the use of default provider bulk update process to authorized users only. 4) TMP-2909 INC32984801 Return to clinic orders stuck in VISTA A post-install cleanup routine has been created to find specific RTC request records that were corrupted. The records will be corrected which will change the CPRS RTC orders status from "partial results" to "complete".
