 In the PUMA page, the comments text area is currently not a required 
 field. This has to be made a required field and an error message should 
 be shown to user when the field is left empty while saving the review.

 The comments text area field is now a required field and an error message 
 is   shown to user when the field is left empty while saving the review.

 2.      INC38622049 - NUMI is showing an expected review on the day 
 Hospice for Acute Care was entered as the Treating Specialty
 Problem:

 NUMI application is expecting a review to be done when the patients are 
 transferred to a non -reviewable treating speciality. 
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Code change has been made in the synchronizer stored procedure 
 (usp_staysynchronizer) to update the patientstay table with correct 
 dismissstay reason and reminder type when the patient is transferred to a 
 non-reviewable treating specialty.
