Description:

 The purpose of this patch is to prevent a potential patient safety issue
 with the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test - Consumption 
 (AUDIT-C) instrument. In the GUI, the text of question three of the
 AUDIT-C depends on whether the Veteran is male or female. The AUDIT-C
 currently only displays the text for a male Veteran and not the female
 Veteran. This patch changes the question text appropriately.
  
 This patch is also required to update VistA services in the GUI display
 from v2 to v3 prior to the v2 sunset in September 2025.
  - Update to MAP EMR VistA 3.0 Services 
  - Logon (DIVISION selection) screen updates to only pull what the 
    provider is assigned in VistA 
  - Update API calls to fix the facilities XML integration issue with 
    MHA4V for the two-container update in MHA4V.
  - Update for international phone numbers
  
 MHA will install and maintain all Graphical User Interface (GUI) updates.
