 Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA)
 Income Verification Match (IVM) patch IVM*2.0*218 is being released with
 DG*5.3*1149 to support the enhancements for the Eligibility and Enrollment
 (E&E) program. 
  
 Patch IVM*2.0*218 is also being released in support of the Veterans 
 Health Administration (VHA) Enrollment System (VES) 6.15 release.
  
 Patch DG*5.3*1149 enhances the Health Level 7 (HL7) ORU/ORF-Z11 processing
 in VistA to receive the Effective Date in Sequence #6 of the ZHP segment 
 and store it in the EFFECTIVE DATE field (#2.2511,5) in the CURRENT HEALTH
 BENEFIT PLAN Multiple (#25.01) and the EFFECTIVE DATE field (#2.2512,6) in
 the HISTORY HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN Multiple (#25.02) in the Patient file
 (#2).
  
 Patch IVM*2.0*218 documents the new values in the IVM Technical Manual.
