INC39302920 - Site reports that a patient is not getting a monthly statement Problem: -------- The patient reported issue passes the discrepancy check for any balancing check used. However, the patient is not receiving a statement from month to month. Resolution: ----------- Analysis for the statement processing has found the discrepancy check fails for the patient at issue. The handling of the transaction aspect of the discrepancy check was missing an earlier transaction due to the date/time start point for the first transaction to be included. It was found the transaction handling had to be more accurate, matching the starting transaction point of the normal discrepancy checks, rather than the starting date/time of the statement itself. Modification was made to ensure the discrepancy check in the statement processing used the same call as the normal discrepancy check.
