 The purpose of this patch is to enhance the Mental Health  
 Assistant (MHA) Graphical User Interface (GUI) application. 
 Enhancements include: 
  - Rename the "Patient Entry" button to state "VA Device" in the
    Create an Assignment dropdown. 
  - Move the version number to the bottom of the landing page. 
  - Change delete verbiage to "local supervisor or CAC/ADPAC." 
  - CCOW changes for context reported in email. 
    
 MHA will install and maintain all Graphical User Interface (GUI) 
 updates.  
    
 EHRM Impact Statement:
